Really lovely bra but the clips are metallic and I find very glitchy, I can never undo them in one and have to use two hands, quite the effort.

I ordered 3 bras in 32 L/M sizing and the other 2 fit well but this one was ridiculously small. Barely covered half of what they should. When I went to process my "free return" I was charged a $10 fee. Sorry, I just don't like those shady bait and switches, Hotmilk. Especially when the bra is not even close to being the advertised size.

We are happy to exchange free of charge to the bigger cup size that you ordered the other 2 styles in. Reach out to support if you would like this option.- We are happy to offer you free US return shipping for "like for like" exchanges and store credits. You can exchange your items 'like for like' to ensure you get the right size.
Alternatively, to change to a different style or color choose store credit. By selecting store credit, you will receive $5 extra on your return. Store credits are valid for 1 year, exclusive of the shipping fees, if applicable.
All refunds will have a returns shipping fee of $9.99 deducted from your refund, regardless of if it is mixed with an exchange, however we will send out the new exchange at no extra charge. We will also provide a returns label for easy returning so no need to pay any more upfront costs.
